Know what's funny?
Last night, on the way home from class, I found this: Yeah, that's the "Captain America Concept Armor Iron Man". Then today I voted. I think these events are somehow complimentary of each other. | | Sunday, October 12th, 2008 | | 12:56 am |
OMG ITS HERE
I don't know who reads my journal that isn't also on my MySpaceBook, but I figured why the hell not. I'll post this here, too. After chomping at the bit for two or three days, the day is finally here that I give you all that damned announcement I've been meaning to deliver. Here it is: THE SITE IS LIVE. That's right, my webcomic site is now live, launched, and ready for your viewing pleasure. Once a week (we're still working out an update schedule) you can see a new page of the internet's newest webcomic, featuring the artwork of yours truly and the writing of actor/screenwriter Stephen Weese! Enter the future and embark on the adventures of the Amanda Noire and her crew - captained by the lanky, near-bipolar college washout, Kaz Collins; navigated by the chameleonic and intentionally schizophrenic android, Leesys; and engineered by the all-brains, no-eyebrows, clockwork-obsessed handyman, Nole "the Mole" Dagwood. Together, they speed through the cosmos encountering hostile warships, weird planets, and a million and one crazy alien races while on an interplanetary rally race! Gentlemen, start your hyperdrives and prepare for... THE GREAT SPACE RACE! http://thegreatspacerace.com/In celebration of our new beginnings, we've posted the first FOUR pages to get you into the swing of the story. In addition, the active areas of the site include the "About" and "Characters" section, the latter of which contains a neat flash animation with character profiles. Enjoy, and please spread the word! | | Tuesday, September 16th, 2008 | | 3:05 am |
lawl. i have never been so drunk and stupid listening to bad, sad music. i mean, something is REALLY wrong when i listen to Linkin Park and say, damn boy, I know JUST how you feel. for a guy who sounds like he's raping a cactus when he sings, that Chester sure knows what he's talking about. In Loving Memory of My Hero. Rest In Peace Steven Rogers AKA Captain America The Star Spangled Avenger 1941-2007
The Definition of a True Hero. The Patriot to Inspire them All. Leader, Soldier, Mentor, and Friend to All Who Knew Him. May He Live Forever in the Heart of America, and the Spirit of Democracy, Liberty, Courage, and Justice. He Shall Be Sorely Missed.
"Our freedom at time may be tested; however, it will never be destroyed... Whenever our country's liberty is assaulted, let the punishing shield of freedom land its mighty blow." - Captain America
Captain America is, as I've gone on record as saying, one of my favorite superheroes, if not THE favorite. Primarily this is because of his hero's heart... from WWII to the present, Cap stood the test of time, never faltering in his loyalty to his country and the people in it.
He knew America's not perfect, because people aren't perfect. But he could never shake his feeling that though the people may fail, the spirit may prosper if enough people believe. He's the reason I never say I think America sucks anymore. Because through the gifted writers who have represented him throughout the last 66 years, I've seen the America behind his eyes... the America that's perfect, true, just, and brilliant.
And into my adult life, his belief, however simple or childlike it may sound, stayed with him as well as myself.
Let's not let his death... his martyr in the cause for the ultimate freedom... let's not let that distract us from what he's been fighting for all along.
I want his America.
Goodbye, Cap. We love you. Current Mood: mournful | | Wednesday, February 7th, 2007 | | 5:28 pm |

http://www.crush007.com/love.cgi?id=1139340873ngeThis is pretty interesting. It claims to give a prediction of the future of your love/sex life. I thought it was a little bogus, but it gave what seems to be a fairly accurate projection. Not like I can tell the future or anything, but this seems like it could happen. Give it a shot. | | Friday, June 10th, 2005 | | 10:40 pm |
Hi. I'm Bill.
It's amazing how much shit can happen in three months. How many things can go wrong. How much you can die while your heart is still beating. It's simply amazing. Current Mood: guess. | | Sunday, November 21st, 2004 | | 10:07 pm |

Hello.
For those of you just joining us here, this journal initially was intended as a public forum for a group project that some friends and I were working on. However, the project is dormant/abandoned at this point, so I've erased all entries prior to this one pertaining to the project. The journal from here forward will be just about me and my pathetic life. Enjoy. (Deleted prior posts and wrote this post 22 September 2004) Current Mood: stinky |
